Who We Are

We are diverse and passionate medical and emergency management professionals, deeply anchored in the ground truths of the underserved and high-need communities we serve.  Our backgrounds include pre-hospital medicine, nursing, critical care, crisis counseling, training, instructional design, spiritual health, fan conventions, event production, public safety, security, logistics, laboratory management, corporate consulting, and many more. Our breadth and depth of experience creates a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. 

We are relevant, anchored in the realities not only of our work but the contexts and communities in which we work. We are safe and accessible. Everyone deserves access to care, analysis, advice, and information that makes them safer, healthier, and successful.  Regardless of what makes you “You,” you are welcome here.

We are lifelong learners and passionate advocates for our fields. We critically evaluate new information, new evidence, and new practices. Dogma has no place here, only evidence-based and field-proven best practices. 

We measure success by real-world results, not just “words on a slide” or unsupportable recommendations.  If it doesn’t work in the real world, it doesn’t count.

We are close friends with the strange, the sublime, and the statistically improbable. We make the knowledge and expertise of our extensive networks accessible to our clients and communities, especially those who’ve historically struggled to find expert answers that fit their situations.
